The deal
When you buy a DigiPortals product you get the physical item(s) plus a hosted DigiPortal page programmed into them. Prices are in US dollars and include shipping within the United States unless stated otherwise.
Your links and content
You are responsible for the links and details you ask us to publish. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they are not illegal, deceptive or harmful. We may decline or remove content that breaks this rule.
Link updates
You can ask us to change the links on your DigiPortal at any time at no charge. We make changes within one business day of your email.
Hosting
We host your DigiPortal for as long as DigiPortals operates. If we ever need to shut down, we'll give at least 60 days' notice by email so you can redirect your products.
Delivery
Orders ship within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery times are estimates. Check your shipping address carefully; we can't refund items sent to an address you gave us incorrectly.
Returns and refunds
If a product arrives damaged or the NFC chip doesn't work, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it free. Because each product is programmed for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's terms apply to the payment itself.
Compatibility
NFC tapping needs an NFC-capable phone (iPhone XS or later, most Android phones). Every product also carries a QR code as a backup. We can't guarantee behaviour on every device or phone case.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost business from a page being unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
